Cybersecurity Consultant (Cybersecurity)

Location: Remote in Indonesia; valid work rights in Indonesia required. Visa sponsorship is not available.

What you will do

• Assess, improve, and monitor cybersecurity maturity across assigned operating companies.
• Evaluate local privacy, regulatory, and contractual requirements against organizational security standards.
• Develop remediation roadmaps and action plans for identified security gaps.
• Support implementation of cybersecurity controls, standards, and procedures.
• Advise on governance, risk management, vulnerability management, incident response, data protection, identity and access management, and third-party risk.
• Create SOPs, templates, checklists, and guidance documents for consistent cybersecurity practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or an equivalent field.
• 8+ years of relevant ICT experience in cybersecurity.
• Strong knowledge of NIST CSF, CIS Controls, ISO 27001, risk management, and cybersecurity best practices.
• Experience assessing and improving cybersecurity maturity programs.
• Knowledge of security governance, compliance, vulnerability management, incident response, identity and access management, and data protection.
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, project management, and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently in a global team.

Nice to have

• Cybersecurity certification.
