Implementation Specialist (Clinical Trials)

Develops software supporting clinical trial study implementation and payments to intended recipients.

What you will do

• Review and interpret customer documentation, including contracts, budgets, amendments, informed consent forms, and templates.
• Extract applicable data from source documents and configure study activities in the system.
• Identify quality risks and payable activities to support customers, sites, and patients.
• Collaborate with business partners, customers, Client Delivery, Product, and IT teams to verify requirements and resolve configuration issues.
• Follow audit, monitoring, KPI, SLA, and configuration best-practice procedures.
• Contribute to process documentation and support positive customer relationships.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in the pharmaceutical or CRO industry.
• Experience related to contract management is preferred.
• Microsoft Word and Excel experience is required.
• Ability to analyze clinical trial financial documents and identify payable activities.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical, organizational, communication, writing, interpersonal, and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage high-volume work in a fast-paced environment while supporting shifting priorities and client deliverables.
