What you will do

• Administer and support investigator payment-related applications.
• Support application development projects and related engineering deliverables.
• Act as a subject matter expert for assigned applications and understand their interactions with other hirify.global systems.
• Support users, collect study setup requirements, and assist with technical study configuration.
• Capture user feedback, resolve issues, and escalate system-related problems when needed.
• Collaborate with application owners and IT on system improvements and training.

Requirements

• Ability to work in or attend the Lenexa, Kansas location, with the posting identifying the role as onsite and the conditions as hybrid.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is desired.
• Experience with system administration and application support.
• Strong understanding of application development and experience supporting development initiatives.
• Experience serving as a subject matter expert for assigned applications and understanding application interactions.
• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and user-support skills.
