Senior Product Designer (Fintech)

What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end design process from research and workflow discovery through prototyping, validation, implementation, and post-launch iteration.
• Design operational tools for multiple user roles, data sources, business rules, approvals, exceptions, and audit requirements.
• Build AI-powered functional prototypes and turn them into production experiences.
• Research operational users through interviews, observation, workflow analysis, and usability testing.
• Design data-rich interfaces for monitoring activity, investigating issues, managing exceptions, and making informed decisions.
• Collaborate with engineering on production code and contribute scalable patterns for tables, forms, dashboards, alerts, approvals, audit histories, and AI-assisted interactions.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product design experience in startup or other fast-paced environments.
• Experience designing and launching products in complex or technical industries such as financial services, healthcare, infrastructure, logistics, manufacturing, aerospace, or automotive.
• Ability to read and build with API documentation.
• Ability to translate complex processes, data, business rules, and edge cases into clear, efficient, auditable experiences.
• Ability to work independently and communicate design decisions across product, engineering, operations, and business teams.
