Manager, Technical Adoption Architecture (AI)

Location: Hybrid in San Francisco or New York City; office attendance is required twice a week, with possible additional in-office days for team or company events.

Salary: $134,000–$168,000 base salary per year, plus equity and bonus opportunities.

What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Technical Adoption Architects.
• Translate Customer Value and Professional Services strategy into team plans, operating rhythms, measurable outcomes, and performance expectations.
• Oversee packaged services, custom statements of work, investment projects, and customer deployments using workflows, templates, integrations, automations, agents, and AI capabilities.
• Support complex or at-risk engagements, strategic customer workshops, executive stakeholder discussions, and escalations.
• Partner with Account Teams, Adoption Strategists, Enterprise Architects, Legal AI Specialists, Support, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering.
• Improve delivery quality, adoption, time to value, project health, utilization, revenue delivery, gross margin, and implementation CSAT through scalable processes, playbooks, tooling, and data analysis.

Requirements

• Experience managing or mentoring an implementation, consulting, architecture, or customer-facing technical team.
• Professional Services delivery experience with strong results in customer satisfaction, project delivery, adoption, and risk mitigation.
• 6–8 years of experience working with a SaaS, AI, or technology company.
• Practical AI fluency, including the ability to explain AI concepts, limitations, risks, controls, and use cases.
• Strong solution-design judgment across workflows, automations, integrations, platform architecture, sequencing, maintainability, and extensibility.
• Ability to work with enterprise customers, manage complex stakeholder groups and escalations, and travel up to 10% of the time.

Nice to have

• Experience with hirify.global or another contract lifecycle management system.
• Experience diagnosing unsuccessful AI interactions or agent workflows and improving prompts, processes, or solution design.
