Software Engineer (AI)

Location: On-site in San Francisco, CA

Compensation: $180,000 – $230,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Build AI agents for real-time workforce management that monitor support volume, staffing, and performance.
• Develop systems that combine live operational data, historical patterns, and customer policies to inform AI decision-making.
• Design control and observability layers for autonomous operations to ensure transparency and user trust.
• Evolve core workforce operations products to support real-time, automated workflows.
• Own product features end-to-end, from understanding user needs to technical implementation and polished delivery.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience building software products.
• Proven track record of shipping products from idea to production.
• Strong generalist skills with the ability to move across the stack.
• Experience turning ambiguous requirements into working software.
• Strong product judgment and attention to detail.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States (E-Verify participation).

Nice to have

• Experience building AI agents or AI-powered products (evaluation, observability, guardrails).
• Experience with real-time or data-intensive systems.
