Candidate Experience Specialist, Contractor

Location: Remote; contractors must be based in EMEA

What you will do

• Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and recruiting leadership to execute hiring plans for job requisitions.
• Maintain accurate hiring process information in the applicant tracking system and hirify.global repositories.
• Coordinate interviews, candidate scheduling, pipeline monitoring, and issue escalation across high-volume hiring.
• Provide timely, thoughtful communication to candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Create and stage employment contracts for offers and coordinate handoffs with People Operations.
• Represent hirify.global’s values and all-remote approach in candidate interactions.

Requirements

• Experience supporting end-to-end hiring processes with recruiters and hiring managers.
• Experience using an applicant tracking system to schedule, track, and move candidates through interview stages; Greenhouse experience is beneficial but not required.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and scheduling tools, with the ability to learn additional tools.
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong organization, time management, prioritization, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in an all-remote, asynchronous environment across multiple time zones; contractors must be based in EMEA.

• Experience in a fast-paced or high-volume hiring environment.
• Transferable experience from related coordination or operations roles.
