What you will do

• Coordinate and schedule virtual and in-person interviews.
• Keep candidates and hiring managers informed through timely, clear communication.
• Maintain accurate and organized candidate data in the applicant tracking system.
• Support recruiting documentation, templates, and administrative processes.
• Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers to keep hiring processes efficient.

Requirements

• Strong organization and multitasking skills.
• Clear, thoughtful communication with candidates and colleagues.
• Comfort using Google Workspace and applicant tracking systems such as Greenhouse or Ashby, or the ability to learn them quickly.
• Proactive, team-oriented approach in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work remotely with preference for Pacific, Mountain, or Central Time zone alignment.
• Eligibility to access U.S. export-controlled technology may be required; employment can depend on citizenship, permanent residency, or prior license approval.
