Senior Talent Specialist (AI)

Location: Argentina, primarily remote with in-person collaboration at the Palermo office a few days each month

What you will do

• Own end-to-end recruiting for high-impact Product, Data, and Go-to-Market roles, including senior leadership and executive searches.
• Advise hiring managers and senior leaders with structured processes, market insights, search strategies, and candidate profiles.
• Build talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and outreach using LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, Gem, and AI-enabled recruiting tools.
• Manage candidate experience, interviewer calibration, debriefs, structured decision-making, offer management, and negotiations.
• Partner with stakeholders across the U.S. and LATAM while adapting recruiting strategies to each market.
• Use data and market intelligence to identify bottlenecks, improve hiring outcomes, and support employer branding initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience across multiple functions.
• Experience recruiting for Product, Data, Growth, Marketing, Sales, and Strategic Partnerships roles.
• Strong full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in an in-house environment.
• Experience hiring across both U.S. and LATAM markets, including partnership with U.S.-based hiring managers.
• Advanced or bilingual English proficiency and strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, including Greenhouse, plus strong prioritization, analytical, and multitasking skills.
