What you will do

• Provide technical leadership for the planning, design, configuration, construction, commissioning, operation, and maintenance of gas and chemical distribution systems.
• Oversee system operations, maintenance, safety, uptime, capacity, and compliance with design specifications.
• Coordinate planning, construction, safety, service providers, building owners, utilities, municipalities, contractors, and internal engineering teams.
• Investigate business interruptions and escalations using troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and 8D methodology.
• Develop project scopes, budgets, schedules, funding requests, capacity and redundancy improvements, and cost-saving initiatives.
• Review and approve facility, building construction, tool hook-up, Chem Auth, MOC, commissioning, and maintenance documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.
• 2–5 years of semiconductor or high-purity hazardous gas facilities management experience, or more than 7 years of equivalent facilities management experience.
• Experience with industrial gas and chemical delivery systems and semiconductor facilities engineering.
• Working knowledge of gas distribution systems, PLC-based controls, and local fire, building, and environmental codes.
• Knowledge of SPC, 8D, DMAIC, FMEA, and other analytical problem-solving tools.
• Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD, and CMMS platforms such as IBM Maximo.
