Senior Facilities Maintenance Technician (Utilities)

Location: New Albany, Ohio, United States; onsite work in manufacturing, warehouse, and production environments

Salary: $63,000–$105,000 annual target base pay. California and New York metro target range: $71,000–$118,000.

What you will do

• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, inspections, rigging, alignment, welding, and fabrication for plant equipment and utility systems.
• Maintain air compressors, hydraulic systems, pumps, steam generators, steam traps, dock equipment, and roll-up doors.
• Monitor, test, and treat process wastewater before city discharge, and maintain boilers, chillers, DI water systems, water towers, and related chemical treatment programs.
• Manage HVAC controls, automated system controls, PLCs, drives, energy management, and facility environmental parameters.
• Inspect buildings and maintain fire suppression, emergency lighting, dust collection, and other life safety systems.
• Coordinate with OEMs, vendors, and contractors while maintaining work records, water quality logs, and regulatory documentation.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in wastewater treatment and utilities maintenance.
• At least 1 year of HVAC experience.
• At least 1 year of experience with building control software, PLCs and drives, and steam systems.
• Ability to work in manufacturing, warehouse, and production environments with frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, climbing, repetitive motion, and lifting or moving 25–50 pounds.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States; immigration sponsorship or support is not available.
