Full-Cycle Recruiter (AI)

What you will do

• Own end-to-end recruiting for engineering, product, and go-to-market roles.
• Build and optimize recruiting operations, tooling, and automated workflows.
• Partner with founders and team leads to define role requirements, evaluation criteria, and interview processes.
• Source and screen candidates using high-signal and unconventional channels, including portfolios and projects.
• Develop enough product knowledge to credibly engage technical candidates and assess product and market intuition.
• Support onboarding, new-hire ramp-up, performance reviews, leveling frameworks, and feedback systems.

Requirements

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across engineering, product, and go-to-market roles.
• Ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts with engineering and product candidates.
• Experience in an early-stage startup and comfort working independently in a fast-moving environment.
• Experience building or optimizing recruiting operations, including workflow automation.
• Strong talent-quality judgment and a track record of creative sourcing.
• Familiarity with Ashby, Juicebox, Clay, AI, or vibe coding for recruiting workflow automation.

Nice to have

• Experience evaluating non-traditional candidates through portfolios and projects rather than resumes alone.
• Exposure to or ownership of onboarding, performance reviews, and leveling.
