Full Cycle Recruiter (AI)

What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for technical, data/AI, product, sales, marketing, customer success, and operations roles.
• Partner with founders, executives, and hiring managers to define roles, align hiring criteria, and advise on talent markets and compensation.
• Build outbound sourcing strategies and pipelines for hard-to-fill engineering, AI, and senior go-to-market positions.
• Manage sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and candidate closing.
• Design and improve fast, structured, candidate-friendly interview processes.
• Track funnel metrics, strengthen employer branding, and develop AI systems that create leverage for recruiting.

Requirements

• 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across technical and go-to-market roles.
• Experience recruiting in US-based startup environments, preferably at Series A–C companies.
• Demonstrated success sourcing and closing engineers and senior go-to-market hires.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience partnering directly with founders and executives.
• Proactive, resourceful, first-principles approach with the ability to operate urgently in a changing environment.
• Must have legal authorization to work in the country of residence.

Nice to have

• Both agency and in-house recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting at an AI/ML-focused company or hiring AI/ML talent.
• Familiarity with engineering, data science, or applied AI concepts.
• Experience as an early recruiting hire at a startup.
