Grant-Intake Specialist

What you will do

• Greet customers in person and by phone.
• Direct customers to appropriate services.
• Schedule meetings.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate information.
• Provide administrative assistance to staff as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree is preferred.
• Professional demeanor and a customer-service-oriented approach.
• Ability to speak and read English.
• Strong computer literacy and data-entry skills.
• Experience in workforce development, recruitment, customer service, or CRM systems is beneficial.
• Experience with Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or similar virtual meeting platforms is beneficial.

Nice to have

• Spanish bilingual ability.
