Technical Training Co-Op

Location: Chaska, Minnesota, United States; onsite at the Minnesota site

Compensation: $20–$30 per hour

What you will do

• Support the creation, revision, and organization of technical training materials, work instructions, and learning resources.
• Administer training records and learning management system activities, including enrollment tracking and reporting.
• Analyze training data and metrics to identify completion trends, compliance gaps, and process improvement opportunities.
• Partner with trainers, subject matter experts, and operational teams on onboarding, qualification, and workforce development initiatives.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects focused on training effectiveness, knowledge management, and employee development.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Marketing, Interdisciplinary Studies, or a related field.
• Expected graduation in 2027 or Spring 2028.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and an analytical mindset.
• Must be enrolled as a student, available to work 40 hours per week Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m., from January through June, and meet university co-op requirements.
