Senior Content Designer (UX)

Location: Hybrid in Denver, Colorado, with three days in the office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Candidates must live in the United States.

Base compensation: $131,000–$153,000 annually, plus equity.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end content design for complex product areas across B2B and consumer domains.
• Develop and scale content standards, voice and tone guidelines, reusable patterns, and governance practices.
• Use behavioral data and user research to evaluate and iterate on content decisions.
• Identify content gaps and opportunities across product experiences.
• Review and improve content created by UX, product management, and engineering teams.
• Partner with UX leadership to advance content design practices and influence cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in content design, UX writing, content strategy, or a related field.
• Experience with consumer-facing technology products or marketplace and platform environments.
• Experience with conversational design is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Human-Centered Design, a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• A portfolio demonstrating end-to-end content design, writing processes, polished UI copy, problem-solving, and measurable user impact.
• Strong facilitation, communication, systems thinking, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience building content systems, style guides, or governance frameworks across multiple teams or products.
• Familiarity with Figma, Jira, Confluence, and AI tools such as Claude Code and OpenAI Codex.
