Tool & Die Tech I (Manufacturing)

Location: Roseau, Minnesota, USA; onsite. Must be able to work second or third shift, including overtime or alternate shifts as required.

Starting pay: $28.00–$37.00 per hour, plus eligibility for overtime.

What you will do

• Fabricate and assemble small- to medium-sized production welding and assembly fixtures.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical fixtures, pneumatic circuits, tooling, and manufacturing equipment.
• Work with design and manufacturing teams to conceptualize, design, and build fixtures.
• Support fabrication, welding, assembly, and production operations.
• Complete tooling projects and assignments within required budgets, lead times, and schedules.

Requirements

• Two-year degree in Machine Tool Technology or equivalent work experience.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills, including experience with mechanical systems, pneumatic circuits, manufacturing equipment, and tooling.
• Ability to operate manual and CNC mills, lathes, drill presses, and band saws.
• Ability to read blueprints and use general measuring equipment.
• Ability to work onsite in Roseau, Minnesota, and on second or third shift.

Nice to have

• Proficient CNC programming skills with MasterCAM.
• Proficiency with SolidWorks and Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
