Process & Product Engineer (CNC)

Salary: $75,000–$95,000 per year

What you will do

• Evaluate, validate, document, and maintain manufacturing processes, machines, and tools.
• Support the CNC department through programming, setup, and troubleshooting.
• Create work instructions, box-count documentation, and operator training materials.
• Lead cross-functional development of PFMEA, Control Plans, and Process Flow Diagrams.
• Perform competitive analysis and identify improvements to production methods.
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce waste in existing processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of manufacturing experience in a CNC setting.
• Experience with automated machinery and CNC programming using CAD/CAM software, preferably ESPRIT.
• Experience with SolidWorks or equivalent 3D modeling software.
• Experience with PFMEA, Process Flow Diagrams, and Control Plans.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, work in a team, and solve complex technical problems.
