Equipment Engineering Intern (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

Salary: $25.50–$32.20 per hour

What you will do

• Develop Power BI dashboards using the WINSQL database and reporting tools.
• Improve existing equipment maintenance documentation and create new documentation where needed.
• Gain hands-on knowledge of equipment repairs, installations, daily maintenance activities, and CIP projects.
• Drive continuous improvement projects to increase equipment availability, reduce costs, and improve team efficiency.
• Collaborate with equipment engineers and technical teams on assigned activities.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, electronic engineering technology, or a related semiconductor or manufacturing field.
• Technical writing skills and strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts, ideas, and knowledge.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Must be able to work on-site in Bloomington, Minnesota; the role does not qualify for visa sponsorship.
