What you will do

• Build, repair, and develop new and existing dies, tooling, fixtures, gauges, molds, and automation components.
• Study engineering drawings, blueprints, sketches, models, and specifications to plan fabrication sequences.
• Set up and operate mills, lathes, grinders, CNC-controlled equipment, and other machining tools.
• Fit, assemble, troubleshoot, and repair dies, molds, and assembly equipment for production support.
• Work with Engineering and Tool Design on tool and fixture development, project progress, and problem resolution.
• Provide training assistance to Toolmaker I personnel and perform Toolmaker III duties when required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate degree in a technical field is preferred.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in the tooling field.
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and use precise measuring instruments.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, communicate clearly, and apply problem-solving skills.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Tool and Die Journeyman qualification preferred.
