Distribution Coordinator

Salary: $16.50–$24.00 per hour

What you will do

• Review expedite lists, locate priority items, and move inventory to the FedEx shipping line.
• Pull, stage, process, and ship expedited orders accurately and on schedule.
• Use SAP to create stock transfer orders and sales orders for moved inventory.
• Create receiving loads for inbound containers and less-than-truckload shipments.
• Answer carrier calls, schedule dock appointments, and enter appointments in SAP.
• Perform cycle counts, research discrepancies, and escalate delayed or non-standard issues.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of prior work experience.
• Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced warehouse environment and meet daily deadlines.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, prioritization, initiative, and follow-through.
• Ability to work daily overtime of 2–3 hours as needed, with schedule flexibility for up to six days per week.

Nice to have

• Warehouse shipping, receiving, cross-dock, or inventory control experience.
• SAP experience, including stock transfer and sales order creation.
• Experience processing expedited shipments.
• Microsoft Office experience, including Excel, Teams, Outlook, and Word.
