Shipping Coordinator (Logistics)

Location: Forney, TX, USA; onsite distribution center role with a Monday–Friday 10-hour day shift from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, rotating weekends, and overtime as required.

Salary: $26.00 per hour

What you will do

• Coordinate daily shipments of finished goods, raw materials, special freight, and incoming RMAs.
• Prepare Bills of Lading, packing slips, and other shipping documentation, verifying shipments before release.
• Schedule carrier pickups, communicate with carriers, brokers, and 3PLs, and track inbound and outbound freight.
• Manage dock activities, driver scheduling, loading and unloading priorities, and trailer utilization.
• Maintain accurate shipping, inventory, and delivery records using ERP and warehouse management systems.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff, supervisors, customer service, transportation teams, and DC leadership on SOPs, safety, productivity, and process improvements.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse, or distribution center operations; manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Oracle, iPlan, or similar ERP and shipping systems.
• Experience with load planning and warehouse management systems such as Manhattan Scale WMS is preferred.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States is required; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
