Logistics Transportation Specialist

Location: Eagan, Minnesota, United States; Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00.

Salary: $22–$24 per hour, with possible bonus eligibility after the first year.

What you will do

• Manage customer transportation portfolios, bookings, deliveries, and shipment schedules.
• Track and trace truck shipments across Minnesota, Wisconsin, North Dakota, and South Dakota.
• Enter accurate data and maintain documentation, billing, and system updates.
• Coordinate customers, receivers, internal teams, and service providers for Minneapolis-area cargo deliveries.
• Communicate delays, solve delivery challenges, and maintain strong customer and supplier relationships.
• Meet operational, compliance, and KPI standards.

Requirements

• Entry-level logistics transportation position with two years of logistics experience or equivalent training.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree.
• Strong oral and written communication, problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work onsite in Eagan, Minnesota, during the stated Monday–Friday schedule.
