Location: San Antonio, TX, United States; onsite, 1st shift

What you will do
- Receive, reconcile, store, stage, package, ship, and release HCT/Ps from contracted processing laboratories.
- Maintain inventory records, product traceability, production records, cycle counts, physical inventories, and equipment logs.
- Track transit conditions and delivery verification, process return goods authorizations, and manage quarantined or destroyed tissue as required.
- Perform freezer preventive maintenance, secured-room cleaning, end-of-day closing, and scheduled shipping and receiving on-call duties.
- Initiate responses to unplanned deviations and submit change notices through document control.
- Follow BBA procedures, AATB guidelines, FDA regulations, company policies, and applicable United States and international compliance requirements.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least one year of experience in manufacturing, packaging, shipping, or inventory operations, including product shipping and tracking.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel.
- Strong organization, multitasking, attention to detail, and focus during repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift or move up to 65 pounds with team lifting for heavier items.
- Ability to perform the required sitting, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and visual tasks.
