Property Manager - Avalon Heights (Student Housing)

What you will do

• Lead leasing, marketing, facilities, and administrative operations for the student housing community.
• Recruit, hire, supervise, coach, train, and develop property staff.
• Manage property performance against budget, maximizing revenue and controlling expenses and vendor costs.
• Oversee maintenance standards, work order completion, preventative maintenance, curb appeal, and capital improvement planning.
• Manage resident communications, events, escalated concerns, collections, evictions, and lease execution where applicable.
• Act as the primary liaison for university partners and coordinate with HR, Facilities, Retail, and other internal support teams.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of leadership experience in student housing, multifamily housing, or a similar industry.
• Experience or capability across leasing, marketing, customer service, facilities management, budgeting, supervision, business administration, public relations, and residence life.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a relevant field is preferred.
• Ability to work onsite at Avalon Heights in Tampa, Florida.
