Apartment Maintenance Manager - Solea (Property Management)

Location: West Miami, Florida, USA; on-site at Solea at Miami Lakes Apartments in Hialeah, Florida

Salary: $75,000–$80,000 annually plus a 15% target bonus opportunity and potential customer satisfaction bonuses of up to $250 per month.

Owns and operates apartment communities in major markets across the United States, with a focus on resident service and property operations.

What you will do

• Lead and develop a maintenance team with at least one direct report.
• Manage property maintenance, vendor relationships, service staff, preventative maintenance, apartment turns, and resident service requests.
• Coordinate property maintenance and capital needs with management.
• Ensure compliance with operating procedures, regulations, and Environmental Health and Safety requirements.
• Manage the maintenance budget while maintaining quality and customer service standards.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of technical maintenance and facilities management experience in the property management industry.
• 1–3 years of experience leading teams in customer service and asset maintenance.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to perform physical work, including moving heavy equipment and machinery.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, 7-day work weeks when needed, and on-call shifts at least one week per month.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
