Location: Onsite at Tremont Apartment Homes in Atlanta, GA, USA. The role requires a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, 7-day work weeks when needed, and on-call shifts of at least one week per month.
Salary: USD 29.00–30.00 per hour plus a 15% target bonus opportunity and potential quarterly customer service satisfaction bonuses of up to USD 250 per month.

What you will do
- Lead and develop a maintenance team with at least one direct report.
- Manage property maintenance, vendor relationships, service staff, preventive maintenance, apartment turns, and resident service requests.
- Provide high-quality service to residents and team members.
- Communicate property maintenance and capital needs to management and ensure follow-through.
- Maintain compliance with operating procedures, regulations, and Environmental Health & Safety requirements.
- Manage the maintenance budget while maintaining quality and customer service standards.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of technical maintenance and facilities management experience in the property management industry.
- 1–3 years of experience leading teams in customer service and asset maintenance.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to move heavy equipment and machinery.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English.
- Mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting ability, organization, attention to detail, and a solution-focused approach.
- Availability for flexible schedules, weekends, seasonal 7-day work weeks, and regular on-call shifts.
