Apartment Community Manager - The Willows at Ashley Park

Location: Onsite at The Willows at Ashley Park in Atlanta, GA, United States. Typical schedule is Tuesday–Saturday, 10:00 a.m.–6:30 p.m., with hours varying by community and season.

Salary: USD 75,000–85,000 per year, plus a 15% target bonus opportunity and commissions for new leases and renewals.

What you will do

• Lead and develop a team of at least two direct reports.
• Direct apartment community operations, leasing, maintenance coordination, sales, and resident service.
• Manage the property budget, increase revenue, and achieve operational and financial goals.
• Drive leasing activities, revenue growth, resident satisfaction, and compliance with legal standards and company policies.
• Use sales processes and performance metrics to improve results.

Requirements

• At least four years of experience in sales, customer service, and asset management, ideally in property management, hospitality, retail, or restaurants.
• At least two years of leadership experience in property management.
• Two to four years of experience leading teams in competitive sales and customer service environments.
• Experience mentoring and coaching diverse teams, with a general understanding of financials and budgets.
• Knowledge of property management systems and tools such as Entrata, OneSite, SmartRent, or Salesforce.
• Reliable transportation and availability to work onsite during community office hours are required.
