Apartment Community Manager - Peachtree Park

Location: Onsite at the Peachtree Park apartment community in Atlanta, GA, USA

Salary: $70,000–$75,000 per year, plus a 15% target bonus opportunity and commissions for new leases and renewals.

What you will do

• Lead and develop a team of at least two direct reports.
• Direct apartment community operations, leasing, maintenance coordination, and resident service.
• Manage the property budget, increase revenue, and achieve operational and financial goals.
• Drive leasing activity, revenue growth, resident satisfaction, and compliance with legal standards and company policies.
• Coach and develop team members while maintaining high customer service standards.

Requirements

• At least four years of experience in sales, customer service, and asset management, ideally in property management or a similar industry.
• At least two years of experience in a property management leadership role.
• Two to four years of experience leading teams in a competitive sales and customer service environment.
• Experience mentoring and coaching diverse teams, using sales processes and metrics, and managing financials and budgets.
• Knowledge of property management systems and tools such as Entrata, OneSite, SmartRent, and Salesforce.
• Availability to work onsite during office hours, typically Tuesday–Saturday, 10:00 a.m.–6:30 p.m., and reliable transportation.
