Solution (Product) Enablement Partner (AI)

Location: Onsite at the World Headquarters in Overland Park, Kansas, United States. Travel of up to 20% may be required. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

What you will do

• Develop and execute education and communications strategies for major solution releases and enhancements.
• Help clients and internal teammates understand the value of new capabilities and adopt features after implementation.
• Maintain a centralized solutions education repository and create scalable self-service learning processes.
• Translate technical release notes and documentation into clear messaging and workflow-based adoption plans.
• Collaborate with solution, technical, training, and professional services teams to maintain current educational content.
• Use AI tools and platforms to improve workflows, decision-making, and data-informed outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2–4 years of relevant work experience.
• Ability to collaborate across solution development, technical, training, professional services, and client-facing teams.
• Ability to work additional or irregular hours when needed and sit at a computer for extended periods.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States is required.
• Willingness to work onsite in Overland Park and travel up to 20% as needed.
