Hybrid Senior or Lead Financial Analyst (Corporate Accounting)

Location: Columbus, Ohio — Arena District; hybrid schedule with three days per week in the office

Salary: $82,200–$123,200 per year

What you will do

• Support monthly close and quarterly and annual financial reporting.
• Prepare analytical studies using historical, forecast, and pro forma financial data.
• Compile and analyze data for internal, external, and regulatory reporting.
• Research reporting issues and support the adoption of new reporting requirements.
• Prepare regulatory schedules, pro forma calculations, testimony, and data requests.
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting and reporting processes.

Requirements

• Four-year degree in business or a related discipline.
• At least four years of experience in finance, accounting, regulatory work, or a related field.
• Experience with the monthly close process and some audit experience preferred.
• Knowledge of PC applications, financial statements, metrics, and regulatory finance.
• Ability to collaborate across corporate and business units and support decision-making.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must not require employer sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice to have

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification.
