Accounting Analyst Sr

Location: Miamisburg, Ohio, United States; fully in-office, Monday through Friday

Base salary: $52,500–$87,500 per year

What you will do

• Maintain accurate financial records in accordance with GAAP and organizational standards.
• Prepare internal and external financial performance reports.
• Complete month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and audit work papers.
• Support accounting activities related to bank accounting, loans and investments, deposits, and tax.
• Create and use automated tools to update, analyze, and report financial results.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• Knowledge of accounting, financial reporting, financial analysis, and general ledger systems.
• Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Accuracy, attention to detail, decision-making, and effective communication skills.
• Ability to work fully in the Miamisburg, Ohio office Monday through Friday.
