Property & Casualty Account Manager

Location: CIG - Longview, Texas; also listed in Tyler, Texas, Waco, Texas, Las Vegas, Nevada, Oklahoma, and Oregon

What you will do

• Manage an existing portfolio of property and casualty insurance clients.
• Build relationships with prospective clients through networking.
• Assess client needs and recommend suitable insurance policies and carriers.
• Complete policy documentation and maintain accurate records.
• Monitor changes in insurance products, compliance requirements, and regulations.
• Respond to and resolve client questions and complaints professionally.

Requirements

• General Property & Casualty Insurance License for Texas, Nevada, Oklahoma, and/or Oregon, or willingness to obtain one within the first 90 days.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience with agency account management software such as Applied Epic or PL Rater.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong time-management, prioritization, attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to support clients by phone and email, sit for extended periods, and work independently or as part of a team.
