What you will do

• Provide career counseling, coaching, and case management to participants.
• Manage a caseload of 30 or more participants.
• Support individuals facing barriers to employment.
• Track participant information and maintain accurate documentation.
• Meet performance targets while coordinating services for diverse populations.

Requirements

• Two years of experience in career counseling and case management, plus a bachelor's degree in Human Services, Social Work, Business, Education, or a related field.
• Alternatively, five years of equivalent experience with a high school diploma.
• Strong counseling, coaching, interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with data systems, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams.
• Ability to manage a caseload of 30 or more participants and meet performance targets.
