Pre-ETS Instructor - Ripley MS

Location: Onsite in Crown Point, Indiana; daily in-person attendance is required.

Salary: $18.00–$20.00 per hour

What you will do

• Deliver direct instruction in communication, life skills, employability skills, and pre-employment skills.
• Assess student strengths, interests, development areas, and progress, then develop individualized goals and outcomes.
• Teach job-readiness skills, including technology, problem solving, teamwork, professionalism, resume writing, interviewing, and job search.
• Support student work experiences by monitoring attendance, assessing performance, and helping students communicate with workplace supervisors.
• Teach students how to use public and private transportation and support workplace access.
• Maintain student files and communicate regularly with consultants, employers, and other relevant parties.

Requirements

• Ability to work onsite daily in Crown Point, Indiana.
• Ability to provide individualized instruction and adapt teaching methods, materials, and curricula to student needs.
• Ability to assess and document student progress in classroom and workplace settings.
• Ability to work according to the school calendar for approximately 180–185 workdays.
• PCG does not sponsor newly hired foreign national workers for work authorization, including H-1B sponsorship.
