Pre-ETS Instructor (Education)

Location: Onsite daily in Michigantown, Indiana, United States

Salary: $18.00–$20.00 per hour

What you will do

• Deliver direct instruction in communication, life skills, technology, problem solving, teamwork, professionalism, self-advocacy, resume writing, interview skills, and job search.
• Assess students’ strengths, interests, development areas, and progress in classroom and workplace settings.
• Develop individualized goals, outcomes, portfolios, and employment-related skills plans with students.
• Support students at work-experience sites, including attendance tracking, workplace communication, and transportation training.
• Provide employers with disability-awareness information and supervision strategies.
• Maintain complete student records and communicate monthly with consultants and other stakeholders.

Requirements

• Daily onsite work in Michigantown, Indiana is required.
• Ability to follow the student school calendar, generally 180–185 workdays.
• Ability to teach employability, communication, life, and workplace skills to students.
• Ability to assess progress, maintain accurate records, and communicate with consultants, employers, and other parties.
• PCG does not sponsor newly hired foreign national workers for work authorization, including H-1B sponsorship.
