Development Enablement Specialist (AI)

Location: Remote

Salary: $76,600–$106,450 per year, commensurate with experience and location

What you will do

• Design and develop a four-tier developer training program with add-on modules for AI and LLM use, sensitive data, privileged access, third-party integrations, and business ownership.
• Document risk overlays, development tooling standards, approved packages, registries, and external integrations.
• Build solution intake and classification workflows from initial idea through assigned tier, applied overlays, and approved build path.
• Establish and maintain compliance processes covering training completion, access gating, attestations, solution intake, and developer tools.
• Provide technical assistance and act as the first point of contact for process and tooling questions across IT and business teams.
• Work with Security, Architecture, Governance, and Data teams to improve documentation, training, tooling defaults, and support practices.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in technical training, instructional design, software development, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Familiarity with SDLC, Git, CI/CD pipelines, package management, secrets management, deployment fundamentals, and AI-assisted development tools.
• Experience developing and delivering technical training, documentation, or enablement content.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into practical guidance for audiences with varying levels of technical expertise.
• Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Azure DevOps.
• Experience using Claude, GitHub Copilot, or similar AI development tools.
