BI Analyst (Tableau)

Location: Remote Flex - North Carolina

Salary: $89,174.00–$142,679.00 per year

What you will do

• Design and develop user-friendly dashboards, visualizations, reports, and analytic content.
• Collaborate with business partners through interactive user-design sessions and rapid prototyping.
• Work with data engineers and data scientists to develop scalable, high-performance analytic solutions.
• Write SQL queries and extract and analyze data from enterprise systems.
• Establish data visualization governance, development standards, and data quality controls.
• Present insights and recommendations, support ad hoc reporting, and address data privacy and PHI-related issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree, where required.
• 3+ years of experience in a related field.
• In lieu of a degree, 5+ years of experience in a related field.
• Experience with data visualization, reporting, SQL, and analytic solution development.
