BI Analyst (Tableau/SQL)

What you will do

• Build new Tableau dashboards and maintain existing reporting solutions.
• Design and develop data marts for business intelligence reporting.
• Manage Tableau Server users, groups, report access permissions, and refresh schedules.
• Gather stakeholder requirements, create prototypes and report mockups, and translate business needs into Tableau solutions.
• Present completed dashboards and reports to stakeholders and train end users.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers, Business Analysts, and Data Analysts on cross-functional projects.

Requirements

• Commercial experience with Tableau Desktop and a solid understanding of Tableau Server.
• Strong SQL skills, including subqueries, window functions, and CTEs.
• Hands-on experience designing and building data marts.
• Understanding of the end-to-end BI reporting lifecycle.
• Experience gathering requirements from stakeholders, presenting solutions, and building long-term working relationships.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with a proactive mindset, ownership, and focus on results.
