Business Analyst (MedTech)

What you will do

• Collect and analyze large, complex datasets from channel sales, in-market sales, HIRA, NHIS, distributor, and other internal and external sources.
• Identify trends, market opportunities, and areas for improvement through business analysis and market intelligence.
• Communicate complex findings through intuitive data storytelling and actionable reporting.
• Establish and maintain master data as a reliable single source of truth.
• Build and manage data visualizations across multiple views.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders on analytical and project-management activities.

Requirements

• More than 3 years of experience in business analysis and market intelligence.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, statistical analysis, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Good communication skills in both English and Korean.
• Project management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in the healthcare industry.
• Experience with SAS programming and advanced analytics.
