Department Manager - Plaza Del Caribe (Retail)

Location: 2050 Ponce Bypass, Ponce, Puerto Rico; onsite retail store role

Salary: $20.90–$24.04 per hour

What you will do

• Lead, support, recruit, onboard, schedule, evaluate, and develop the department team.
• Manage customer experience, service standards, loyalty app promotion, and in-store sustainability initiatives.
• Analyze sales and budget performance and create plans to improve results, profitability, and cost efficiency.
• Maintain visual merchandising, fashion presentation, stock levels, garment care, fitting rooms, checkout routines, and store cleanliness.
• Coordinate omni-channel services and in-store technology, including Click & Collect and Smart Store tools.
• Oversee opening and closing routines, administration, health and safety, and compliance with legal and operational procedures.

• Strong leadership skills and willingness to take responsibility for others.
• Effective communication, supportive collaboration, ambition, and achievement orientation.
• Analytical problem-solving ability, comfort working with numbers, and experience managing statistics.
• Customer-centric approach and motivation by performance and competition.
• Ability to work onsite at the Ponce, Puerto Rico store.
