Project Manager (Turbomachinery)

Location: Houston, Texas; onsite five days a week

Salary: $120,600–$180,900 per year

What you will do

• Lead PSU projects from booking through installation and commissioning of turbomachinery equipment.
• Coordinate technical and commercial execution across internal stakeholders, global business units, customers, and suppliers.
• Ensure system designs, equipment applications, drawings, and documentation meet engineering, contractual, and quality requirements.
• Manage schedules and readiness-to-ship milestones to support on-time delivery.
• Control project financial performance and maintain profit margins within target.
• Serve as the primary customer representative and resolve technical and commercial issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience.
• Strong commercial and technical acumen with knowledge of turbomachinery packages and systems.
• Experience leading cross-functional project teams, tracking milestones, and resolving execution issues.
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and LN.
• Ability to work onsite in Houston five days per week.
