Location: London, England; On-site. The role supports operations across the UK and Europe and includes travel of up to 30% across the UK, Europe, and the United States.
Salary: £170,000–£190,000 per year for UK-based candidates, plus potential equity.

What you will do
- Lead Strategic Operations across the UK and Europe, supporting new markets, categories, capabilities, and partnerships.
- Take new operational capabilities from feasibility and design through build, launch, and stabilization.
- Develop operating strategies across pharmacy, fulfillment, diagnostics, manufacturing, supply chain, and related functions.
- Lead cross-functional execution with Operations, Product, Technology, Legal, Regulatory, Quality, and Clinical teams.
- Own strategic relationships with pharmacies, labs, providers, and other third-party partners.
- Build repeatable launch approaches and lead a high-performing Strategic Operations team.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in operations, strategy, international expansion, or another complex operating environment, including significant leadership experience.
- Experience in a regulated operating environment; pharmacy, healthcare, digital health, or diagnostics experience is strongly preferred.
- Proven experience building new markets, categories, facilities, partnerships, products, or operational capabilities from the ground up.
- Experience operating across the UK and/or Europe and navigating differences in regulation, infrastructure, partners, and ways of working.
- Strong business judgment, cross-functional leadership, execution, partnership management, and team-building skills.
- Ability to travel up to 30% across the UK, Europe, and the United States.
