What you will do
- Own the Myprotein ROW P&L and deliver revenue, margin, and profitability targets.
- Develop and execute annual business, commercial, and marketing strategies across ROW markets.
- Lead cross-functional trading, marketing, and operations teams to deliver consistent customer experiences.
- Use commercial and customer data to guide pricing, promotions, trading performance, and product strategy.
- Coordinate with supply chain, logistics, finance, and compliance to support efficient market operations.
- Build regional partnerships, identify growth opportunities, and develop high-performing teams.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, or general management, ideally in a consumer brand or FMCG environment.
- Demonstrated P&L ownership and profitable growth across multiple markets.
- Strong understanding of ROW ecommerce, digital marketing, trading performance, and localization strategies.
- Strong commercial and analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Experience leading and developing teams in a high-growth, fast-paced business.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills, plus an entrepreneurial mindset and interest in health, fitness, and innovation.
