Location: Sofia, Johannesburg, Barcelona, or Reading; remote or office-based options available

What you will do

• Develop and manage project plans covering timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Lead cross-functional teams delivering obesity clinical research programmes.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and issues, and implement corrective strategies.
• Manage stakeholder expectations through updates, reports, and performance metrics.
• Coordinate project and programme delivery while developing team capability.

Requirements

• Significant project management and team leadership experience.
• Experience managing projects from inception to completion within scope, time, and budget constraints.
• Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies.
• Willingness to travel approximately 30% as required.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in project management, business, or a related field.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
• Experience in obesity clinical trials.
