What you will do

• Execute visual merchandising, commercial curation, and styling according to H&M guidelines, campaigns, trends, and store activation plans.
• Maintain windows, product displays, fixtures, signage, lighting, navigation, stock presentation, and customer flow throughout the store.
• Use sales reports and KPIs to identify visual and commercial opportunities and support sales, customer satisfaction, and store goals.
• Monitor fashion trends, competitors, brands, products, and relevant influencers to develop effective product stories and presentations.
• Coach, educate, onboard, and develop store colleagues in visual merchandising, commercial standards, styling, and daily routines.
• Keep the sales floor and back of house clean, organized, safe, and aligned with operational and legal requirements.

Requirements

• Curiosity, creativity, flexibility, proactive problem-solving, and effective cross-functional communication.
• Interest in fashion and leadership skills applicable to a dynamic retail environment.
• Experience improving product presentation and commercial execution in a store.
• Knowledge of visual, commercial, and operational best practices, routines, and tools.
• Ability to manage and follow up on selling equations and weekly sales reports.
• Ability to work at the King of Prussia Plaza store location in the USA.
