Department Manager - City Creek

Location: 30 S Main St, Salt Lake City, UT 84101, USA; onsite store role

Salary: $23.56–$27.09 per hour

What you will do

• Lead the department team and create an inclusive, collaborative, and performance-oriented store environment.
• Manage the omnichannel customer experience, customer service, product presentation, fitting room, checkout, returns, and exchanges.
• Analyze sales and budget goals, identify commercial opportunities, and create plans to improve results and profitability.
• Recruit, onboard, schedule, evaluate, train, and develop team members, including succession planning.
• Coordinate with visual merchandising colleagues and maintain fashion, trend, stock, and garment presentation standards.
• Oversee store opening and closing, stockroom operations, technology tools, health and safety routines, and legal requirements.
