What you will do

• Execute visual merchandising, commercial styling, window displays, and product presentation according to H&M guidelines.
• Launch and maintain global campaigns, sale activities, signage, layouts, fixtures, lighting, and store navigation.
• Monitor garment care, stock levels, point-of-sale materials, store cleanliness, and visual standards.
• Use sales reports and KPI follow-up to identify opportunities and support sales, customer satisfaction, and store goals.
• Track fashion trends, competitors, products, brands, and influencers to improve styling and trend storytelling.
• Coach, onboard, and develop store colleagues in visual, commercial, and operational best practices.

Requirements

• Curious, creative, proactive, flexible, and solution-focused approach.
• Fashion interest and leadership skills in a dynamic retail environment.
• Experience improving product presentation and commercial execution in a store.
• Knowledge of visual, commercial, and operational practices, routines, and tools.
• Ability to manage and act on selling-equation data and weekly sales reports.
• Ability to work on-site at the Dania Pointe store in Dania Beach, Florida.
