Salary: $21.00–$24.34 per hour

What you will do

• Execute visual merchandising, commercial styling, campaigns, sale activities, and product presentation according to brand and visual guidelines.
• Maintain window displays, fixtures, lighting, signage, store navigation, customer flow, sales-floor presentation, and back-of-house organization.
• Use fashion trends, competitor awareness, mood boards, and product stories to improve the customer experience and commercial performance.
• Review sales reports and KPIs, identify visual and commercial opportunities, and implement actions with store management.
• Coach, develop, and onboard store colleagues on visual merchandising, commercial standards, styling, and operational routines.
• Coordinate with store management, area visual teams, sales-market teams, and facilities management on execution and store projects.

Requirements

• Curious, creative, proactive, flexible, solution-focused, and able to communicate effectively across functions.
• Interest in fashion and demonstrated visual and commercial experience in a dynamic retail environment.
• Experience improving product presentation and commercial execution in a store.
• Knowledge of visual, commercial, and operational best practices, routines, and tools.
• Ability to manage and follow up on selling-equation metrics and weekly sales reports.
• Ability to work onsite at the Oxon Hill, Maryland store location.
