What you will do

• Execute visual merchandising, commercial curation, and styling according to H&M guidelines, commercial calendars, campaigns, and store activation plans.
• Maintain windows, product displays, customer flow, fixtures, signage, lighting, navigation, and sales-floor presentation.
• Monitor trends, competitors, products, brands, and influencers to improve styling and product presentation.
• Review sales reports and KPIs, identify commercial opportunities, and support actions that improve customer satisfaction and sales performance.
• Maintain garment care, stock levels, point-of-sale materials, and safe, organized sales-floor and back-of-house areas.
• Coach, train, onboard, and develop store colleagues in visual and commercial standards.

Requirements

• Curiosity, creativity, flexibility, proactive problem-solving, and effective communication skills.
• Interest in fashion and experience applying visual and commercial expertise in a dynamic retail environment.
• Experience improving product presentation and commercial execution in a store.
• Knowledge of visual, commercial, and operational best practices, routines, and tools.
• Ability to manage and follow up on selling metrics and weekly sales reports.
• Ability to work at the Scottsdale, Arizona store location.
